Galleries, Classrooms, and The Art Garden

Let's get crafty! Join us for a fun-for-the-whole-family day of exploration, dance, music, and crafts. Studio activities will focus on working with beading and textiles, inspired by the works of Jeffrey Gibson and other fiber artists on view. Doors open at 8 AM for breakfast at La Brioche at the Museum (available for purchase), and studio activities begin at 9 AM. Dress for mess! No registration necessary.

Creative Healing Studio is a bi-monthly art therapy gathering for adults being treated for cancer or those with a cancer diagnosis in their past. Each second Sunday, families with children ages 6-10 are led by a Museum educator in an art project inspired by a different artist each month. Families are guided in conversations around works by the selected artist followed by related studio projects in the classroom.
